Junior Fees & Conditions

N.L.T.C aims to provide a secure environment for junior members to learn and enjoy tennis. We have great facilities and the coaching your child will receive is first class. Matt Rogers is the head of coaching and will provide all the help and advice needed. For your part, please ensure that you are familiar with the "Rules" as this will avoid any confusion. We expect juniors to behave towards others as they would wish to be treated and also, to get the most out of lessons, that they attend to their coach at all times.

Membership fees are set at a low rate and come with many benefits:

• Free British Tennis membership : this has many advantages, see www.lta.org.uk for further information.
• The opportunity to partake in the growing number of junior club activities. Contact Nailsea's head Coach Matt Rogers on 0778 871 3672 or Email for information.
• The opportunity to represent Nalisea LTC in league matches, friendlies and box matches.
• The use of Club facilities to enjoy playing tennis in excellent surroundings (parental supervision required for younger ages - please ask for details ). Children of all abilities are very welcome.

Fees:
Juniors 8 and Under £12, Ages 9 to 13 £24, Ages 14 to 16 £30, Ages 17 to 18 £36 all membership fees are due on the 1st of April – Cheques must be made payable to N.L.T.C.  There are reductions for 2nd and 3rd children in the same family and a 'Flat Rate' for red ball players, which is £10. Coaching fees are payable in advance to Matt Rogers not N.L.T.C.
Enrollment takes place on the first Saturday in April.

Clothing: We provide free shoe tags on joining and these must be worn at all times. These tags are proof, to anyone at Mizzymead Recreation Centre, that you are a member. Old tags to be handed back in on rejoining.
Tennis footwear is a must, if you need any any help deciding what is a correct shoe Matt will advise. Appropriate tennis clothing is to be worn - Please no denims, football kit, beach wear etc. Your co-operation will be appreciated! Please always check that the coach is on site before leaving your children at the club, and be aware that only the tennis room is accessible to under 18's (except for the toilet facilities). Juniors must vacate the premises by 6.00pm on weekdays and 1.30pm on Saturdays.

During the Spring and Summer courts are available to juniors from 4.00pm - 6.00pm Mondays - Fridays depending on Junior Coaching sessions. NOMINATED JUNIORS who are over 14 years are allowed to play without adult supervision but this privilege is dependent on the good behaviour of all. Junior subscriptions do not cover the use of floodlights apart from coaching sessions.
